July 28, 2009. Public hearing regarding MPCA Proposed Air and Water Permit Fees Rules. See Web site for various locations. 1:00 and 6:00 p.m. The MPCA has been gathering input from permit holders and stakeholders across the state. Additionally, the MPCA researched permit fee structures from other states to formulate ideas for an application fee system. The rule has now entered the formal public comment stage of the rulemaking process with public hearings. See Web site for submission information regarding comments on the proposed rules procedure.
