should look into the Small Business Assistance Programs
(SBAP) Environmental Loan Program.
This Minnesota Pollution Control Agency
(MPCA) program provides low-interest loans to finance environmental
projects such as capital equipment upgrades that meet or exceed
environmental regulations, and costs associated with the investigation
and cleanup of contaminated sites.

great fit for the loan program. Examples include:
